By registering for this sale, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. For this sale (Fall/Winter 2011) *volunteers* will
   1. receive a $10 Encore Kids LLC Sale Gift Certificate, good for the Spring/Summer 2012 Sale.
   2. have an opportunity to shop early at both the Pre-sale and 1/2-price Sale.
2. Consignors are entitled to 70% of the sale price of all their items (not including sales tax) minus a $6.50 administration fee.
3. The consignor is responsible for:
   • checking for recalls and lead content on all the items brought to the sale http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html
   • printing the tags, tagging, hanging/displaying all of their items
   • picking up unsold, non-donated items.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or pull from the sales floor any items that are worn, in poor condition, stained, torn, etc.
5. All consignors selling child safety seats (i.e. Car Seats) will complete, and bring with them to drop-off, the child safety seat checklist
6. Although Encore Kids LLC, Helen Kaczor and volunteers will do their best to ensure that items are not damaged or stolen or misplaced during drop-off, sale and pick-up (10/4/11 - 10/9/11), Encore Kids LLC and/or Helen Kaczor and/or volunteers will not assume liability for the consignor’s items.
7. Pick-up of unsold items will be on Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 12:30PM - 2:30PM. All unsold merchandise that is not picked up by 2:30PM on October 9, 2011 will be donated to local charities. In the event that some items are not claimed by any charity, these items become the property of Encore Kids LLC.
8. Any consignor that agreed to pick up their unsold items on October 9, 2011 and has not done so by 2:30PM will be charged $15.00.
