Consignment Sale


Guidelines on what to Sell:

  • We sell in-style and in-season clothing, popular toys & equipment
    (All items must be non-recalled, in excellent condition and will be inspected on arrival.)
  • Due to recent changes in N.Y. State law, cribs will no longer be accepted.

Ideas of what to sell:

  • Clothing - Fall & Winter only
    • Infant clothing (0-18 months) Limit 25 items per gender, per consignor
    • All other clothing, up to and including Junior sizes
    • Shoes (Limit 5 pairs per consignor. New or next-to-new condition. Please, no scuffed or worn looking shoes. Please don't put shoes in baggies (they slide off the shelves) rubber band, or tie them together. If you are having trouble with this we will help you with it at drop off.)
    • Accessories
    (Our Spring/Summer Sale will focus on Spring & Summer clothing.)
  • Toys, games, puzzles - Please check that ALL pieces are included, books, software and DVD's (VHS tapes will no longer be accepted)
  • Stuffed animals will NO LONGER be accepted, UNLESS:
    • They are brand new with tag, OR
    • They do something. That is, they sing or dance, etc...
  • Highchairs, strollers, bath seats, baby swings, outside toys, playpens. We ask that all large items be less than five years old, and that you check that the item(s) have not been recalled
  • Crib sheets, bumpers, nursery decorations, diaper bags.
  • Dressers, bookshelves, wardrobes/armoires, toy boxes
  • Maternity clothing (Limit 20)
  • Pregnancy and child-development videos and books
  • Dress-up costumes & dance attire
  • If you are consigning a car seat, you must print, fill out and bring a Car Seat Check List
    Please check the following websites for recalls on car seats: www.nhtsa.gov or www.carseat.org or call the toll-free D.O.T. Auto Safety Hotline in Washington, D.C., 1-888-DASH-2-DOT. Car seats must have a manual and a sticker on the base that gives manufacture information to be accepted. We will be checking this sticker at check-in.
  • Check for recalls and lead content on all the items brought to the sale: http://www.saferproducts.gov/Search/default.aspx
  • Anything related to children – just remember, we will inspect all items when you drop them off, and unacceptable items will be returned to you.
  • We will also inspect items on the sales floor during the sale and will pull items out of the sale if necessary.
